Having a postpartum doula is a wonderful way to enhance your recovery and transition into parenthood! 

My postpartum services are provided at $50* per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per shift.  A non-refundable deposit of 30%* is required at the signing of the contract. 

Services include:

• Infant care

• Sibling care

• Breast feeding support

• Postpartum support

• Errands

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry

• Meal preparation
